Baekseoktan
📍 안덕면 고와리, Cheongsong
Baekseoktan is a gorge along the stream flowing through Gowa-ri, Andeok-myeon, Cheongsong, where white rock has been carved by time into distinctive patterns. The name itself is said to mean "a stream where white stones sparkle."
It's a geosite within the Cheongsong UNESCO Global Geopark, with named pools such as Joeodae and Gasayeon scattered through the valley, drawing many people in summer to dip their feet and rest. With plenty of broad, flat rocks, it's also a comfortable valley for sitting and taking a break.
