Ttangkkeut Monorail and Ttangkkeut Observatory (Land's End)

The Ttangkkeut Monorail is a rail car that climbs to the observatory at the southern tip of the Korean Peninsula. You can walk up too, but most visitors take the monorail because the slope is steep.

From the observatory, the Dadohae archipelago opens out in every direction, with the harbor and village below. Because of the symbolism of Land's End, many visitors stop here for commemorative photos.
