EasyTicket Uirimji Reservoir
📍 모산동, Jecheon
Uirimji is a reservoir said to have been built during the Samhan period, and the lake measures about 1.8km around. It has such a long history that it is said to be the origin of the name Hoseo region for Chungcheong-do.
Around the lake, Yeonghojeong Pavilion, built during King Sunjo's reign in the Joseon dynasty, sits alongside Gyeonghoru Pavilion, built after Liberation, and Jerim, an old pine grove. The walk continues to the Yongchu Falls glass observatory, making it an easy stroll that draws visitors year-round.
