📍 중구 태화동, Ulsan

Taehwagang National Garden: Simnidaesup Bamboo Forest photo

The Simni Bamboo Grove at Taehwagang National Garden is a walking path densely lined with bamboo along the Taehwagang River. Being able to walk through a lush bamboo forest right in the heart of downtown Ulsan makes it one of the city's signature attractions, and it forms part of the wider grounds designated as a national garden.

As you walk the path through the bamboo, the noise of the city fades and green shade stretches on ahead. Starting from the Taehwagang National Garden Information Center, you can explore the rest of the garden as well.
