직윈들의 친절도는 최상입니다. 단 건물이 오래되고 나무로 되어 있어서 곰팡이가 많이 보이고 머리카락이 많아요~ 우리 객실만 그런건가ㅡㅡ 아! 음식도 시간에 맞춰 제공도니 편하네요^^

금액 대비 가성비는 좀 떨어지는 편이었음 겨울이라 료칸 이용은 좋은데 욕조 규모는 작았으나 히노끼에서 나오는 향은 좋았음. 객실도 여름 글엔 벌레등등 불만이 있었으나 현재는 깨꿋허게 관리되어 있었음. 식당 직원들이 친철하고 서비스 좋았음. 가성비 측면에서 별점이 낮음.

가성비는 좀 떨어지지만 히노끼 프라이빗하게 즐길만 합니다 다만 욕실에 커튼도 없어서 개선되어야 할 부분입니다 밖에서 잘 안보인다고 안달아놨다던데 욕실이 통창인데 이런 숙소는 첨이며 이런 소리도 처음 듣네요.
