룸컨디션은 10점중 6점-7점 사이 관리가 잘 안된 느낌이고 싼값에 갈만한 곳이다 아이와 함께 가기에 온돌방이 편하니 좋았다 다만 쓰레기 치우는게 불편 세탁실 건조기 취사실등 있다는거에 감사 주변에 별게 없어서 조금 아쉽다 해운대 광안리가 가깝다 다만 걸어서 가기엔 무리 저녁 늦게 체크인 했는데 경비하시는 분인지 카운터 보시는 분인지 나이 드신 경비복 입으신분이 친절하게 설명해줘서 첫 느낌이 좋았다 주차장은 충분히 자리가 많았지만 관리가 잘 안되는 느낌 벤틀리 등 큰 차들이 두칸씩 주차해 보기 불편했다
