가족여행으로 추석에 지냈던 숙소인데 아쉬움이 많이 남는 숙소입니다 객실은 리뉴얼 되기 전 객실이 안 좋다는 후기가 워낙 많아서 예전 들어서 어느 정도 감안하고 가서 생각했던 대로였는데 아쉬웠던 부분은 난방이었습니다 추석 연휴에 비가 와서 저녁에 계속 추워서 난방 시간을 물어보니까 1층 직원분이 저녁 12시부터 킨다고 해서 기다리다 대기하고 추워서 12시 조금 넘어서 다시 전화해서 물어보니 10시 정도에 난방을 돌리셨다고 하는데 바닥은 너무 차갑다고하니 점검팀에서 한번 올라와 보신다고 하시는데 시간이 너무 늦은 시간이다 보니…
