프리미어스위트인데 도착해보니 커넥팅룸 이었어요. 이것은 매우 중요한 정보였고 예약당시 분명히 고지되어야할 사항 이었습니다. 더구나 문 하나 두고 옆방에 게스트 까지 들어와서 남녀 두사람이 대화하는 내용을 모두 들었습니다. 그들도 우리의 대화를 들었겠죠. 5성급 호텔이 커넥팅룸을 반으로 쪼개서 예약을 받는것도 비상식적이며 더구나 소음문제로 실제 불안감을 초래했습니다. 우선은 재발방지를 강력히 요구하며 마이리얼트립과 인터불고 호텔간에 책임소재를 분명히 밝히고 자세히 설명해주시기 바랍니다.

엑스코 바로 앞에 위치해 공연이나 전시회등 엑스코볼일 있을때 매우 편리함 동대구역에서 택시로 15분정도 거리여서 기차이용도 편리합니다. 그리고 조식도 종류가 다양하고 넓어서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 직원들 프론트부터 메이드들까지 다 친절합니다.

생각보다 호텔이 엄청 괜찮아서 놀랐어요. 엑스코 행사땜에 갔는데 바로 앞이라서 너무좋았고 직원분들도 응대 친절했습니다. 헬스장 이용하는 편인데 구비된 기구들이 다른 호텔에 비해 다양했던거같아요. 최근 5성급으로 등급오른거 같은데 약간 아쉬웠던 것으로는 등급치고 청결상태가 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 체크인할 때 바닥청소가 제대로 안된 느낌. 커튼뒷편에는 치워지지 않은 쓰레기 하나 떨어져있었어요.(과자껍질 벗긴 작은 조각이지만...) 그리고 욕실 샤워칸에서 샤워하는데 물이 밖으로 넘쳐서 밤에 자기전에 프론트에 연락해야했어요. 응대…
