  직원분들이 너무너무 친절해요~ 저는 작년에 왔다 너무 좋은 기억이라 또 모나크 호텔로 재예약 했어여~~ 호텔에 오전 8시 정도 도착해서 미리 체크인하고 캐리어 보관하고 돌아다니려고 했는데 직원분이 또 예약해주어 감사하다고 체크인 전인데도 아침 조식 제공 해주시더라구요~~ㅋ 감사인사 후 조식 먹을러 2층 올라갔는데 직원분이 얼굴 알아보시고 거의 버선발로???? 나와서 반갑에 인사 해주셨어요~~ 많은 사람들이 묵는데 그 중 기억을 해주시다니~~ 너무 감격이었어요~ㅋㅋㅋ 5일이상 예약해서 디너,마지막날 공항 드랍 서비스도 받았어요~~…

  시설적으로는 어느정도 평범했지만 정말 대접받는 느낌을 받았고 직원들이 모두 친절했습니다. 택시를 타려고하는데 우산을 펼치고 따라오고 5~6명이 따라나와 모두 인사해주며 캐리어를 싣는것을 도와주었습니다. 서비스로는 최고라고 생각합니다~

  숙소위치가 너무 좋았습니다 일단 공항도 가깝고 한시장도 가까워요 미케비치가 바로 앞에있어서 해변에서 놀기도 좋았어요 그리고 객실이며 부대시설이 깔끔하고 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어있어서 좋았습니다 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 머무는 동안 기분좋게 베트남 구경할수 있었습니다 조식도 최고예요 매번 다른 음식으로 바뀌고 맛도 있어서 매일 빼놓지 않고 꼭 먹었어요!!! 최고 베트남 다시 오게되면 또 모나크호텔 이용할거예요 잘 놀다갑니다!
