프런트 남자직원은 교육을 다시 받으세요. 불친절의 극치이고 손님에게 인사라는걸 할 줄 모르는 사람이더라구요. 1박하는 동안 4번이나 마주쳤는데도 말이죠. 10분 전임에도 짐만 놓고 나오겠다고 했는데도 안된다고 하고. 갈대축제 셔틀버스 어디서 타는지 물었더니 모른다며 그런질문 처음 받는다고 딴짓하더라구요. 진짜 어이없어서. 손님이 물으면 몰라도 알아보는 척이라도 해아죠. 적어도 모텔이 아니라면요. 강진에 숙소가 없어서 갔지. 다신 안가요. 한 사람으로 인해 도시전체가 불쾌해졌어요. 서비스 교육. 인성 교육 다시 시키세요.
