  • 군산에서는 특별히 좋은 호텔들 찾기가 힘들었는데 에이본 군산은 시설도 깔끔하고 체크인도 신경써주시고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 위치가 터미널 근처다보니 특별히 좋은 뷰는 아니지만 카페거리, 철길 마을 등, 관광지 이동하기가 편해요

  • 룸은 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 그런데 프론트 직원 한 명이 너무 불친절했습니다. 외출했다가 들어오며 프론트에 세 번 들렀는데, 세 번 다 서비스의 기본인 인사조차 안하더라구요.(심지어 매번 제가 안녕하세요 라고 먼저 인사했는데도요;) 말도 퉁명스럽게 하고요. 제 돈을 내고 이런 서비스를 받다니.. 무척 기분이 상했던 경험이었습니다.
