객실이 깨끗함, 풀앤스파 이용시 수온이 적당했으며 사우나도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 어메니티도 잘 갖춰있으며 직원들도 매우 친절해 추천합니다. 한식당 소반도 매우 음식이 정갈하며 맛있었습니다. 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

경주로 물놀이하러 여행왔는데, 소노캄 경주가 이번에 리모델링을 잘해놨다고해서 와봤습니다. 다른 부대이용시설은 별로없었지만 수영장 하나만 보고 가도 될듯하네요. 실외, 실내 잘되어있습니다. 안에 카페도 있고, 비비큐도있고 편의점도있습니다. 아 조식 맛있습니다. 과일도 싱싱하고 다양하기도하구요

화장실 세면대 물 때(?)곰팡이가 있고, 치킨 부스러기조각들이 그대로 있어요. 그리고 배게에서 냄새가 너무 나서 교환신청했어요. 가까운거리라 유트브보고 기대하고 갔는데 별루에요.

모든게 미흡합니다 청소 불량. 변기 ,세면대 ,거울 물때, 먼지는 사용자가 테라스에서 털어서 쓸정도로 많았음 냉장고 위치가 가구 안쪽에 있습니다 때문에 물열때 가구에 투숙객 모두 손가락이 걸려 다치기도 했습니다 와인잔 하나 없어서 인포에서 요청해야 했으며. 직원분들도 그리 친절 하다는 느낌 못받았습니다 이렇게 미흡함점은 많은데 비용면에서는 아주 비싸다는 느낌이 듭니다 숙박비 , 카페 , 수영장 등 모든게 다 비쌈 지금껏 경험 해본 호텔중 가장 좋지 않은 기억을 가지고 퇴실 합니다
