  직원들이 진짜 친절합니다. 주변 관광지 맛집 다 소개해주고 마주칠 때마다 웃으면서 인사해요. 더블룸이었는데 싱글침대 2개로 바꿔줄 수 있다고 패밀리룸으로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 덕분에 잠은 편하게 잤는데, 화장실 샤워기 호스에서 물이 줄줄 세는 바람에 씻는 게 너무 힘들었어요. 너무 늦은 시간이라 그냥 대충 씻고 자자 싶어서 그냥 지냈어요. 조식으로 쌀국수 꼭 드세요! 진짜 사먹는 거보다 훨씬 맛있었어요.

  이번에 가성비로 이곳을 선택했는데 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하시구 뭐라도 도움되고 싶어하는 눈빛이 감동이었어요. 객실은 패밀리 시티뷰로 골랐는데 그냥 길과 옆건물입니다. 그래도 답답하진 않아요. 조식은 5성급입니다. 쌀국수가 어느 가게보다 훨씬 낫네요. 매조식마다 주문해서 먹었어요. 하노이에 이제 올 일이 없겠지만 다시 또 오게 되면 여기에서 또 묵으려구요.

  가성비 좋음. 럭셔리하지는 않지만 넓고 깨끗함. 온수는 샤워하기 충분한 온도. 따라서 욕조목욕은 어려울 듯. 조식 맛있음. 쌀국수. 오믈렛 별도 주문 코너가 있음. 매우 친절, 체크아웃 후 그랩 택시 도착하면 짐도 투렁크에 싣어주고 가까운 맛집 안내도 해줌. 호텔에서 스파샵과 같이 운영함. 하노이 공항에서 도착해서 그랩 타기 복잡하면 호텔에서 사전에 호텔에서 차량 보내줌.(비용은 그랩보다 비싸나 도착하여 복잡하거나 밤 비행기면 공항 바로 나가서 피켓든 사람 만나서 호텔로 가면 되니 편리)

  5성급 호텔 엄청 큰 곳 아니고 시내 구경할 곳 위주로 깨끗하고 접근성 좋은 데 찾는다면 이곳이 짱입니다 일단 호텔리어들이 엄청엄청 친절하고 영어를 잘해서 소통하기 어렵지 않았어요 2박3일 머무리고 가는 동안 불편한게 1도 없었습니다
