라이브로 구매한 그랜드조선은 처음 숙박 해봤는데요~ 객실 청결도 만족스럽고 직원 분들도 친절하셨어요! 아이들과 함께 와서 키즈클럽도 이용해보고 수영장도 무제한 이용할 수 있어서 너무 즐겁게 놀았습니다! 수영장 수질도 좋았구요~ 사우나도 같이 할 수 있어서 좋았어요! 루프탑 전망도 좋았어서 다음에 또 숙박 하고 싶어요!

겨울 제주도가 처음이라 숙소에 대해 많이 고민했는데 키즈룸이 좋아보여 선택했어요! 중문 안쪽이라 바다가 방에서 보이는 룸은 딱히 없지만 풀사이드뷰만 해도 트여있고 무엇보다 직원분들이 다 너무 친절하고 수영장 온수도 온도가 적당해서 3박 하는 동안 애가 원해서 2시간씩 매일 수영장에 갔네요! 옥상에서 바다쪽 보면 시원하니 멋지고 반대쪽으론 한라산도 보여요! 방청소도 너무 잘 해주시고 물 등도 넉넉히 채워주셔서 전반적으로 너무 만족스러웠어요!

아기와 첫 여행이라, 걱정이 많았는데 다들 너무 친절하시고 바닥이 마루라 너무 좋았습니다 😊 아기침대 아기침대가드, 그리고 아기의자 분유포트까지 다 대여할수 있어서 아기와 편하게 잤어요 다만, 아기침대가드가 힘이 없어서 남자아기는 쑥 그냥 빠져버리네요 ㅠㅠ 두번정도 빠진 후 베개로 다 막았어요 ㅎ 침대도 베개도 편안해서 2박 3일 잘 쉬다가요 아 그리고 디너 ! 진짜 미쳤습니다

돔형태로 된 라운지바를 리셉션에서 바라볼 수 있었어요. 신라호텔이랑 비슷한데 보금 다른 느낌이었습니다. 디럭스킹베드였는데 베드가 넓고 이불도 편안한 편이었어요. 욕실은 수압이 좋고 무난한 편인데, 욕조가 있으니 조그만 바쓰솔트를 제공해주신다면 좀 더 좋았을 듯합니다. 뷰는 디럭스풀사이드뷰였는데, 감기컨디션만 아니었다면 얼른 뛰어들고 싶을만큼 아름답게 펼쳐지더라구요. 다른 5성급에 비해서는 가습기, 공기청정기 상태가 조금씩 부족했지만 행사하는 가격에 다녀오기 나쁘지 않았어요~ 공기청정기가 조금 시끄러웠어요. 조금만 움직여도…
