친절한 서비스, 넓은 객실, 멋진 수영장, 뷰 모두 굿 따로 말 안했는데 높은 층으로 배정해주시고(팁은 안줌) 그랜드캐년 투어후 2박 완전 좋았어요(아내와 아들이 좋아함). 특히 아들이 팔라조가 좋았는지 미국 여행 내내 팔라조 노래함

한국인인데 프론트 체크 인 아웃 모두 동양ㅇ인 차별 받았네요ㅎㅎ.. 여태 이런 호텔 없엇는데 제일 심하고 기분나빴어요. 수영장도 뭐 좋다고해서 갔는데 생각보다 작고 차라리 국내 5성급 호텔 수영장이 훨씬 깨끗하고 넓었네요. 불쾌한 응대 받고 갑니다
