리셉션 데스크 직원들의 서비스 및 태도가 최악입니다. 가을 바람 매서운 추운 날씨에 난방도 안되는 지하방에서 덜덜 떨면서 지냈고, 오자마자 걸린 감기로 여행을 망쳤습니다. 호텔의 이미지를 좌우하는 것이 직원들의 친절도인데 직원 교육 및 서비스 개선이 시급합니다. 컴플레인에 응대하는 여성 직원의 태도가 아주 불쾌했고 이로 인해 영국 사람들에 대한 이미지마저 안 좋아졌습니다. Standard나 Executive room은 지하방 배정 가능성이 크니 피하시는 것이 좋겠습니다. 춥고 우중충한 방에서의 숙박은 여행을 망칠 수 있습니다.…

위치는 역하고 가까워서 다니기 좋았어요.. 다만 방을 시기가 성수기도 아닌데 지하로 배정해줘서 이것도 인종차별인가? 했네요..ㅠㅠ 덕분에 비올때 숙소에서 쉬고 싶었지만 지하라 들어가기 싫었던 기억이..
