방은 따뜻하고 좋습니다, 층수는 높으나 외부 조멍이 안되는 방을 받았눈대 안그래도 어두운 조명의 방둘애 더 어둡고 조망이 없어 지하에 있는 느낌입니다. 그래도 가격대비 실속이 있어서 괜찮다고 샹각했으나 클레임 처리시 심각한 문제가 있습니다. 내가 아니라 다른층의 고객이 물이 샌다며 클레임이 있었나본데 내가 숙박하는 방에 아무런 통보나 협의없이 심지어 내가 식사를 나간사이에 문을열고 들어왔으며, 식사를 마치고 왔을때 방문이 열려있고 나의 짐들이 바깥에서 다 보이는 상태로 있었습니다. 놀래서 사람을 부르니 그제서야 확인할게 있어서…
