외관이 매우 깔끔했고 주차장도 바로 앞이라 좋았어요 그리고 프론트 직원분들 매우 친절하셔서 첫인상이 너무 좋았습니다 그리고 방도 크고 상태도 괜찮았고 화장실도 크고 깨긋해서 좋았습니다. 제가 예민한데 조용한 방 부탁드렸더니 진짜 조용하고 방음 잘되는 방 주셔서 너무 잘 잤고 수영장도 매우 좋았어요 오후에 한번 밤에 한번 총 두번 이용했는데 너무나도 만족하고 갑니다 다음에 또오고싶네요

[Never-Ending Garden Pool] 디럭스 패밀리 + 수영장 2인
제주, 경주에 있는 스위트 호텔을 자주 이용하기에 믿고 방문한 남원 스위트예요. 바베큐 이용했는데 너무 단촐한 구성에 실망했지만 그냥 추억이고 경험값으로 생각했는데 숯불이 거의 안 나서 한시간 가까지 고기만 올려두고 배고파서 과자로 때우다 나중에 화력 보충해준다고 피운 숯은 너무 쎄서 고기가 거의 탔어요. ㅠㅠ 잘 지내다 마지막 날 체크아웃하기전에 베란다에 널어둔 수영복에 거뭇거뭇한 얼룩이 묻었길래 위를 보고는 거미줄로 뒤덮힌 걸 보고는 경악했어요. 이런 호텔 정말 처음 봤습니다. 수영복이고 아이들 용품도 안 지워지고 호텔이…

[Never-Ending Garden POOL]디럭스 트리플(객실 only)
2층 침대방 스탠드가 켜지지 않았어요. 화장실 발매트는 물을 쓴 흔적도 없는데 흥건하게 젖어 있었습니다. 5인 사용예약을 했는데.. 침구류는 4인이 기본이라고 추가비용을 내라시고, 애초 예약할때 5인 입력할때 비용까지 포함되는게 일반적인데, 5인 입력과정은 왜있었는지 의문이었네요. 바닥먼지도 밟히고, 소파 틈새 이물질까지.. 유쾌한 숙소는 아니었습니다. 빌라동 체리

체리에 묵었는데, 글래스/플레이트/포크 등 없어서 불편하네요. 요청을 할 수 있는데 아무때나 안되고 저녁에만 접수 받아주던게 아쉽네요 화장실 한 쪽에만 드라이어가 있어서 그것도 좀 개선되어야 할듯요 빌라 체리
