우선 위치는 도톤보리 가깝고 우메다 간사이바시 인근 돌아다니기 너무 좋은 위치입니다. 1층 간식거리 무료 음료 커피 차 시식가능하고 직원분들 친절하고 짐보관도 가능해서 체크아웃 후에 돌아다닐수 있어 너무 좋아요. 한국말도 너무 잘하셔서 불편함 없어요

비행기 연착, 라피트 운행정지 등으로 정말 힘들게 도착한 난바였는데.. 그리고 짐 우선 보관하고 돌아 다니면서 정말 불쾌한 경험으로 완전 다운되어서 체크인 했는데 미리 가방도 방으로 옮겨주시고 로비에 마련된 커피와 간식으로 한숨 돌리며 방을 둘러봤는데 정말 쾌적하고 준비해 주신 물품과 배치과 사용하는 사람의 맘을 너무나 잘 아는 것 같아 좋았어요, 소형 거울이 준비 되어 있는 것에 딸과 함께 여행한 저로선 감동이었어요! 조식도 제겐 좀 짜게 느껴졌지만 정말 잘 먹었어요~ 아 그리고 냉장고에 여유분으로 가져간 딸의 약을 두고 왔는데…

숙소는 깔끔하고 좋았습니다^^ 그런데 마이 사이트에서 다른곳 보다 2배 가격으로 1박을 잡아 너무 속상했어요 ㅜㅜ 3박인줄 알고 결제했는데 1박 요금 ㅜㅜ 잘못 예약했다고 해도 절대 안되서 눈물 흘리며 잤어요 !! 즐거운 여행 이것 때문에 많이 속상했습니다 ㅠㅠ

프론트에 한국인 직원 있고 엄청 친절하셔요 한국인 직원분 없어도 체크인/아웃 기계가 있어서 하기 쉬울거예요 도톤보리랑도 가깝고 신사이바시랑 가까워서 쇼핑하기 좋아요! 오사카 간다면 또 머무를 거예요!!! 그리고 1층에 무료 스낵바 있어서 정말 조아효 화장실과 샤워실 분리되어있는데 정말 작았고 방크기는 생각보다 괜찮았어요 두명이 캐리어 펼쳐도 될정두,,.

도톤보리와 아주 가까운 곳에 있어서 걸어서 주변 관광을 하기 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 간세이 공항에서 지하철로 이동 시 난바 역과 신사이바시 역 중간에 있으므로 어느 역이던 간에 10분 정도 , 버스(OCAT) 정거장은 15분 정도 걸어가야 합니다. 홋카이도의 카락사 호텔과 달리 오사카 카락사 호텔에는 대욕장이 없습니다. 이게 제일 아쉽습니다.
