4시쯤구매확정을 받고 6:30쯤 숙소에도착해서 안내를받는데 아직확정이 확인안안됐다고해서 카톡에 확정 됐다는 메세지를 보여줘도 안됀다면서 로비에서 30분가량 실랑이를 했내요 구매했던 마이리얼 트립도 전화도 안돼고 앱에서 구매관리도 그렇고 숙소에 안내하는분도 영 두번다시는 안가고싶다
