부모님과 함께 여행하기 위해 트리플 룸 예약했는데 생각보다 방이 크고 편리했습니다. 직원들도 아주 친절했어요. 지하보도와 연결되어 있고 8번 출구와 연결되어 있어서, 날씨 궂은 날에도 삿포로역, 오도리공원, 스스키노 쪽으로 다니기 편리했습니다.

프론트, 리셉션 정말 너무너무 친절하세요 !! 얼리체크인도 너무 친절하게 해주시고 + 객실까지 짐 운반서비스에 시설설명까지 해주셔서 정말 최고였어요 .. 무엇보다 신축건물이라 산뜻하더라구요 ! 연박하느랴 재실정비도 매일 요청드렸는데 진짜 깨끗하게 용품들도 다 채워주시고 짱입니다 … 스스키노랑 삿포로 중간에 있어서 동선도 좋았고, 무엇보다 친절하세요 ㅎ… 짱 ! 다음에 삿포로 오면 또 가려구요 ! 매일 늦게 일어나느랴 조식은 이용안했는데 맛있다고 하더라구요 ! 최고입니다 ~~~~~~ !

성인 4가족이 4인실에 묵었는데 2인실로 나누어서 자는것보다 같이 잘수있어서 편하고 좋았다. 스스키노 가는데 10분 정도 걸리고 한번 길에서 넘어진 후로는 지하로만 다님. 삿포로 역으로 가서 오타루갔다오기도 편하고 스스키노 걸어서 가기도 좋았다. 욕조가 깊고 수압도 진짜 세서 하루의 여독을 풀기 좋았다 서비스도 훌륭한 호텔임

처음에 찾아가느라 살짝 헤맸는데 스스키노랑 니조시장등등 걷기에 딱 좋아요.직원분들 너무너무 친절하시고 저희4식구는 만족했어요.아침.저녁 돈키호테들리기에도 좋고 다음에도 다시 묵을것같아요.조식도 만족힙니다.조식 아이스크림 존.맛.탱!!! 굳이 밖에서 안 사먹고 조식에서 해결해도될듯이요.
