호캉스 처음으로 왔는데 객실도 깨끗하고 호텔 위치가 접근성도 좋아서 만족했습니다. 그리고 청계천이 바로 앞에 있어서 걷기도 좋았고 근처에 카페도 많아서 간단히 아침 해결 할 수도 있었습니다. 아쉬운 건 제가 부대시설을 좀 덜 이용했다는 거 입니다. 헬스장도 있고 다른 시설 더 있었는데 다른 분들은 이용하시길 바래요. 욕조 있는 객실로 했는데 욕조 딱 일인용 사이즈로 반신욕 하면서 잘 사용했네요. 바로 편의점이랑 카페도 1층에 위치해서 주전부리 사가기도 편했습니다. 직원들도 친절했고 뷰도 명동이라 그런지 고층 빌딩이 많아서 나름…

딸과 처음하는 호캉스인데 3시 체크인할때 이벤트라며 벨리곰이 선물을 줘서 딸이 너무 좋아했어요. 근처에 인사동, 명동, 청계천이 가까워서 밤 늦도록 구경하다 들어왔네요. 조식도 맛있고... 침대가 푹신해서 뒹굴뒹굴하다 체크아웃 시간 꽉 채우고 나왔어요. 재방문 의사 100%입니다.

룸 청소 해 주시는 이모님께서 정말 친절하셨어요 나갔다오니 처음 들어왔었을때 처럼 되어있었어요 나가기 전에 인사하고 싶었는데 못 만나서 아쉽게 인사는 못했네요 물론 다른 입구 프론트 직원분들도 친절하셨고요 기회되면 다음에 또 올 것 같아요 다른 곳에 가더라도 롯데시티호텔 찾을거 같네요

호텔 위치가 시내한복판에 위치해있어서 익선동이나 인사동 경복궁인근 일대를 관광하기너무 좋은 위치에 있어서 이곳에 숙소를 정하기를 잘했다 생각합니다 앞으로도 좋은사람들과 즐거운 시간보낼때 이용하기 아주 좋을것 같습니다

숙박대전으로 너무 저렴한 가격에 이용했고 생각보다 방음도 잘되고 뷰도 좋았네요! 침구도 상당히 편했고요. 항상 잘 쉬어가는 호텔을 너무 좋은 가격에 이용했네요:) 이런 이벤트가 자주 있었으면 합니다!
