친절하고 깨끗하고 편리하고. 말해뭐해요. 다만, 조식 2부제 시행하니 시간 잘 확인하고 가세요. 7:30쯤 입장했는데 8:10에 자꾸 나가야 한다고 해서 왜 저러나 했더니 2부제 시행이었음 (부주의해서 못 봄) 8:30부터 2부 시작이니. 차라리 그때 들어갈 걸. 너무 급히 먹느라 제대로 누리지 못함

조식패키지 빛의시어터 포함 상품으로 마운틴뷰 딜럭스트윈베드 예약했습니다. 상냥하고 기분좋은 표정의 직원분들 역시 5성급호텔 직원분들은 교육을 잘 받으셔서 우아하고 품위가 있으세요. 친절하시고 설명도 차분히 자세히 미소잃지 않고 해주시고 말투화법 너무 대접받는 느낌이었어요. 객실은 머리카락 몇개가 보일정도로 청소가 깨끗하게 되어있지 않았으나 넓고 뷰가 트인 방이라 클레임 따로 안했고요 방음은 좋지 않습니다 옆방 앞방 소리 다 들려요. 투숙 후 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 부풰직원들은 음료 어딨냐물었을때 약간의 미소나 친절한 어투로…

라이브할 때 좋은가격으로 구매하여 엄마와 아기와 함께 다녀왔어요. 아기용품도 너무 잘 구비되어있고 조식도 너무 맛있고 깔끔했네요. 특히 한강뷰가 너무 멋졌고 방도 넓어서 아기 유모차와 캐리어까지 모두 있어도 넓게 사용할 수 있었습니다.
