elena직원분 정말 감사해요. 투숙을 저만하고 제 일행들은 수영장만 이용하는데도 타올과 샤워가운등 모든 물품도 도와주시고 더불어 배달음식을 시켰는데 일회용품 추가를 잊었었어요. 그런데 식기류와 앞접시를 룸으로 가져다 주셨어요. 정말 잘쉬다가 갑니다

호텔이야 사실 5성급은 거의 비슷한 느낌인데 고객맞춤이라는게 느껴지고 일단 제일 기억에 남는 건 직원이 너~무 친절하고 편안함이었다.. 마음과 정성을 다한 친절이 느껴져서 감사하다. 그리고 수영장도 무제한 이용이 가능해서 좋았고 고급스럽고 관리가 잘되는 느낌 . 시설 어디를 가나 수시로 체크를하며 관리하며 다니시는 분이 계셔서 정성을 다하는게 느껴졌다, 이용시 눈이왔는데 투숙객이 불편하지않을까 직원들 청소하시고 눈도 계속치워주시고 감사했다. 서비스에 감동을 받아 또 이용하고싶다..

가족 호캉스로 갔었는데 모든게 다 좋았어요.그런데 생각보다 호텔규모는 작았지만 조식 맛나게 잘 먹고 통유리 수영장도 잘 이용했고 이곳에서 인생샷도 찍어보고 저녘에 산책하기도 좋았어요.가족호캉스로 추천합니다.
