Sihwa Narae Tidal Power Park is a seaside park between Daebudo and the Sihwa Seawall, built using soil excavated during construction of the tidal power plant. It's designed around the themes of West Sea waves and renewable energy.

The Moon Observatory stands 75 meters tall, with a glass-floored section where you can walk and look straight down over the West Sea and the tidal power facilities. The rest area inside the park also has a convenience store and a cafe, making it a good place to take a break.
