Daecheon Beach is Boryeong, Chungnam's representative beach on the West Sea coast, with a long stretch of white sand and a wide shoreline that draws many summer vacationers. Thanks to its gentle slope and fine sand, it's also popular with families visiting with children.
The beach is divided into two areas, Sunset Plaza and Mud Plaza, and every summer during the Boryeong Mud Festival, a range of mud experience programs takes place. You can also add activities like the Zip Track or Sky Bike.
