EasyTicket Jukdo Sanghwawon Garden

Jukdo is a small island in the middle of the Nampo Seawall in Boryeong, and it was connected to the mainland when the seawall construction was completed in 1999. Its name comes from its thick bamboo groves; it is also known by the nickname Daeseom, and Sanghwawon, a traditional Korean garden, sits on the island.
Near the entrance to Sanghwawon stands Uigokdang, a pavilion built in the late Goryeo period, and a covered corridor of about 1 km wraps around the island's hillside. Beyond the seawall you can see mountain ridges, while toward the sea, nearby beaches come into view.
