EasyTicket Chinatown Paifang Gate & Three Kingdoms Mural Street

This is Incheon Chinatown, formed after Incheon Port opened in 1883 and the area was designated a Qing Chinese concession the following year. It's known as a place where overseas Chinese culture has continued for more than 120 years.
Pass through the Paeru gate into the alleys and you'll find around 80 murals depicting the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, leading to the steps that once marked the Qing-Japanese concession boundary. The area is also known as the birthplace of jjajangmyeon, so you can enjoy all kinds of Chinese food along the way.

Useful tips
- Starting at the Paeru gate and walking through the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Mural Street to the Qing-Japanese concession boundary steps makes for a natural route.
- The alleys are decorated with red ornamentation, so there are plenty of good photo spots along the way.
- It's even more fun if you snack on street food like gonggalppang (hollow crispy bread) and hwadeok mandu (kiln-baked dumplings) as you walk.
