Seolbong Pork Gukbap Main Branch
📍 내이동, Miryang
In Naei-dong, Miryang, this restaurant occupies a converted old tile-roofed house and serves dwaeji-gukbap made from a broth simmered for 24 hours from pork bones and meat. Cooked with plenty of green onion and chives, it's notable for a clean, refreshing flavor with little of the usual gamey smell.
Besides the dwaeji-gukbap, the suyuk baekban — boiled pork slices you wrap in seaweed — is also popular, served alongside a spicy oyster kimchi. There are branches in Changwon and Busan too, but the original location retains the atmosphere of the old tile-roofed house.

Useful tips
- The suyuk baekban set — boiled pork wrapped in gim (dried seaweed) — is popular too, so it's worth alternating between it and the gukbap on different visits.
- Housed in an old tile-roofed building, seating is limited, so it can get crowded during mealtimes.
- Some menu items are available to go, so you can grab a meal on the move.
