Guryongpo Modern History Street
📍 구룡포읍, Pohang
Guryongpo Modern History Street is an alley where Japanese-style houses from the Japanese colonial era still remain. It became better known as a filming location for the drama When the Camellia Blooms, and visitor numbers have grown. With many buildings preserving their old look, the lane itself is the attraction.
It's good for taking photos while walking slowly along the lane lined with old buildings. Since it's close to Guryongpo Harbor, it pairs well with a harbor stop. Small prop shops and cafes here and there add to the browsing.
