The Homi Peninsula Coastal Trail is a trekking route along Yeongil Bay, starting in Donghae-myeon and continuing through Homigot-myeon and Guryongpo-eup to Janggi-myeon. Linking the entire course gives you a long route totaling 58km.

Among its sections, Seonbawu-gil is the second course. It follows a coastal deck where waves break close by, and you can see distinctive rocks such as Queen Rock, making it especially good for a walk around sunset. Access may be restricted in bad weather.

Useful tips

  • The full route is long, so if you're short on time, you can pick only a shorter section such as Seonbawu-gil.
  • Because it's a deck path close to the waves, check in advance whether access is restricted on days with bad weather.
  • Walk around sunset and the color of the sea is especially beautiful, so sunset is the recommended time to visit.
