객실은 낡았지만 하루자기에는 괜찮았어요 근데 와이파이가 잘 안되는점과 불필요하게 5월인데 밤새도록 난방을 해줘서 더워서 잠을 잘 못 잤는데 이 부분은 좀 해결되어야 할것 같아요 415 (Mountain view)

깨끗한 외관과 무엇보다 실내가 깨끗하고 침구및 욕실용품도 넉넉하니 좋아였어. 무엇보다 소음이 하나도 나지않아 편안한 잠자리가 되었고요. 담에 또 예약하려 대천오면 해야겠어요.

오버부킹이 되었음에도 사전에 연락이없어 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 오버부킹 이후 당연하다듯이 한등급 아래의 방을 전해주셨는데 한바탕 난리를치고 나서야 잔액 환불이 되었습니다. 숙소 자체는 바다에서 가깝고 깔끔하게 관리 되어있지만 불쾌했던 부분이 더 강하게 기억에 남네요.

화장실 변기 막힘. 소변만 봤는데,, 실내온도 조절기가 있는데,, 조절이 안되서 문의하자, 중앙난방이라 개별 조절 안된다고 함. 그럼 객실에 조절기는 왜 있냐고 했더니,, 안된다고 함. 한번도 실내온도로 따지는 사람, 없었는데 왜 유난떠냐는 식으로 대응함ㅡㅡ 밤에는 화상입을정도로 뜨거워짐ㅡㅡ 기본적인 응대가 매우 불친절함,, 다른데 가세요 다들ㅡㅡ
