Parking information

Parking is available after 2:00 PM in The Terrace parking lot, located in the alley behind the building.
If you arrive late, the lot may be full and parking may be unavailable.
Vehicles must leave by 12:30 PM on the day of checkout,
and leaving after 1:00 PM incurs an additional KRW 3,000 per hour.
Parking costs KRW 10,000 per night, and vehicles are generally parked in the parking tower.
★ If your vehicle is not registered, the fee is calculated at KRW 3,000 per hour.
If arriving by car, be sure to inquire and confirm whether parking is available.

Minor guests not allowed to stay

Rules on minors' stays and ID verification
1. Relevant law (Article 29 of the Youth Protection Act)
The operator must verify entrants' ages and may require ID to restrict access by minors. Entry will be denied if identification is not presented.
2. Accommodation policies and refusal of stays
Check-in procedure: The front desk is on the 20th floor. If a minor accompanying a guest is identified at any time before or after check-in, all members of the party, including accompanying adults, will be refused accommodation.
Scope of refusal: Minors of the same sex, including brothers and sisters, may not stay under any circumstances, even with parental consent.
Refund policy: If accommodation is refused before check-in because a minor is accompanying the party or an ID was not brought, cancellation and refund are not allowed in accordance with the advance notice.

매번 2인 부산여행시 고민없이 예약중!! 위치가 너무 좋아요. 솔찍히 부산가면 다 밖에 있고 숙소는 잠만자서 위치가 제일 중요한 것 같아요. 광안리 어디에서 가도 찾아오기 편해요. 숙소뷰는 사실 바로 코앞이라 굳이 도착해서 정도같은데, 베란다 있긴해서 베란다 통해 광안리 바다 보입니다. 이번에 써보진 않았지만 주문모니터 있어서 야식 먹으며 숙소에서 시간 보내기에도 좋을 것 같아요. 지난번엔 뭘 가져와서 시켜먹어야해서 좀 저녁에 애매했늗데 좋아졌어요! 위더스 하프 오션뷰 - 2인실 (욕조O)

광안리해변에서 가까워요 시설도 좋고 저는 정면뷰는 아니였지만 혼자 온거라 힐링되고 좋았습니다 한가지 아쉬운건 반대편건물이랑 너무 가까운것 커튼치고있음 상관없지만요ㅎ 샴푸,린스,바디워시,드라이기,수건 있어요 그 외는 챙기세요

어미니티 없긴해서 개별 호실별 주문이 키오스크로 가능하고 가장좋은건 따로 방에 배치되어있는 키오스크로 바로 결제 배달주문가능히다는점 아침에 저녁에 뷰좋음 나름 깔끔함 화장실이 조금 좁은감이없지않아있지만, 크게 지장은 주지않음 TV리모컨 침대에서 누워서 사용이 잘안됨, 마련되어있는 작은 테이블에서민 잘먹힘 위더스 풀 오션뷰 - 정면 (욕조X)

저는 맨 끝 방을 배정받았는데 광안대교가 다 보였습니다. 그리고 웰컴 음료?는 없지만, 안에 정수기, 냉장고가 있어 물 마시기는 좋았습니다. 그리고 난방도 잘되서 따뜻했고 광안리랑 엄청 가까워 밤 산책하기 좋습니다. 다음에 부산오면 또 이용할게요
