  • 위치나 시설도 좋고 주차도 편하게 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셨고요. 단 호텔임에도 조식 운영이나 편의점 시설 같은게 없어 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

  • 광안리에 올때마다 매번 이용하는 곳인데 이번엔 많이 아쉬웠습니다.연박이라서 미리 룸 클리닝 서비스를 신청했고 굳이 나갔다 왔는데 청소는 되어있지 않았습니다.상황을 설명하니 바로 옆방으로룸 체인지를 받아 이용했는데 드라이기가 안돼서 또 전화하게 됐고 드라이기는 열을 받으면 가끔 안된다는 답변을 받았습니다. 창문열어놓고 머리말리지 그럼 왜 드라이기를 쓰나요..? 그리고 더위를 많이타는데 통창이라 방 온도가 높은편인지 아침에 일어나 준비할때 땀이 줄줄났고 저녁에도 더운데 교체된 방은 창문을 열수 없는 방이었습니다. 히터를 키는 방이 더…
