평소 침구를 중요하게 생각하는 편이라 유명 호텔들을 검색하다가 연휴라 제 기준 너무 비싼가격이라 예약하지 못하고 평이 좋은 신라스테이를 선택했습니다. 신라스테이는 처음이었는데 깔끔하고 합리적인 가격에 친절한 서비스까지 좋은 선택이었던것 같습니다. 유명관광지와는 거리가 있지만 복잡하지않아서 좋았고 주변에 식당이 많고 철새도래지, 현대미술관 등 가보지않았던 부산의 모습을 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다.

이번 부산 여행 때 신라스테이에서 묵었는데, 완전 만족해서 후기 남겨봅니다 일단 조식이랑 디너 뷔페 깔끔하고 대부분 맛이 좋아요! 엄청 다양하진 않지만 하나하나 다 맛있어서 배 터지게 먹었어요. 그리고 프론트 직원분들이 세상 친절하십니다 체크인할 때부터 이것저것 친절하게 설명해주시고, 혹시 뭐 물어봐도 항상 웃는 얼굴로 대해주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 마지막으로 침구! 진짜 눕자마자 꿀잠 잤어요. 깨끗하고 포근해서 그런지 집보다 더 편안했던 것 같아요. 객실도 전체적으로 깔끔해서 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다.

건물이 새거고 룸 컨디션이 깨끗해서 쾌적하게 머무를 수 있었어요! 조식도 괜찮고, 직원들도 모두 친절해서 잘 쉬다 갈 수 있었습니다!! 김해공항이랑 가까워서 나중에 또 비행기 타고 부산 오게 되면 이용할 거 같아요!

모든 시설이 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있고 직원분들은 모두 친절하셔서 불편함 없이 잘 체크아웃 하려했습니다만, 엘리베이터가 1박째에도 2박째에도 불편했습니다. 아침에 조식 먹으러 가는사람과 체크아웃하는 사람들이 엉켜 엘리베이터 사용이 많은데, 버튼 취소도 안되고 엘리베이터가 연계도 안되어있는 구식 시스템이라서 버튼을 누르면 가까운 엘리베이터가 오는것도 아닌 그냥 눌려진 층은 모든 엘리베이터가 서게되는 완전 기본 엘리베이터더라구요... 그게 좀 많이 불편했습미다 심지어 3층에서 5층가는 계단도 없고.. 그것말고는 너무 완벽하고 좋은…

깨끗하고 좋아요. 대신 시내에서 멀어서 자차 아니면 힘들고 해운대에서 오는대 통행료가 많이 나와요. 터널 다리지날때마다 통행료 냅니다. 5천원 이상 낸듯. 해운대 신라스테이보다 반가격으로 신라스테이에 묵을수 있는게 장점입니다.

신라스테이 명성에 걸맞는 어메니티(aveda)와 청결한 객실이 좋았어요 욕조/샤워실 선택 옵션도 좋았고요 다만 어떤 아침엔 공사 소리때문에 시끄러워서 깼습니다 중식/석식은 가격 생각하면 괜찮고 투숙객 조식 30%할인 서비스도 괜찮았어요
