부산역이라 가까워서 이동하기에 편해요. 전반적으로 깔끔하고 관리가 잘되어 있어요. 다만 겨울이라 그런지 저희 객실은 에어컨이 안나와서 너무 덥고, 샤워가운도 없었어요ㅠ 그두가지 빼면 다 맘에 들어요.

룸컨디션좋고 조용하고 좋습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 나중에도 다시 오려구요! 트윈디럭스 시티뷰였고 고층 부탁드렸습니다 18층이었고 뷰도 시티뷰였지만 고층이라 확 트였고 조용했습니다.

부산역 바로 앞이라 기차여행할 때 좋은 곳이에요! 4성급에 지어진지도 얼마 안되서 깨끗하고 좋았어요! 그렇지만 들째날 난방 배수관이 터져서 로비천장에 물이 새고 객실 난방도 다 안되었습니다! 추우면 라마다 앙코르로 바꿔주겠다고 했지만 늦은시간에 이미 자려고 누운 상태라 하룻밤 버텼어요! 전체적으로는 좋았고요, 앞으로는 시설문제 없이 잘 운영되면 좋겠네요!
