1. 고객 내방 시 직원 인사없음. 매너리즘에 상당히 빠진 시골동네민박집 사장처럼 응대함. 조식에 대한 안내도 일절 없었음. (호텔 이름만 단 모텔같습니다) 2. 로비와 복도까지는 깨끗하고 향기 좋음. 객실 문 열자마자 꿉꿉한 냄새가 심하게 남. 3. 바닥에 털, 먼지가 청소가 제대로 안되어있음. 사진첨부함 4. 침대 옆 서랍장 위에 말라비틀어진 칼라렌즈가 있음. 사진첨부함. 이걸 보자마자 전화해서 방 바꿔달라고 할까 고민했으나 다른방이라고 크게 다를까싶어 그냥 단념함. 5. 화장실은 깨끗합니다. *** 객실청소에 조금 더 신경을…
