가덕도 넘어가기전 명절날 늦게 찾아온 하룻밤 숙소. 4인 가족 여행. 월풀 좋았어요. 설명에 일요일 제외하고 조식 된다는거 보고 갔는데, 화요일 추석 다음날 조식 안된다고 해서 섭섭. 그것만 빼면 충분히 좋아요.

호텔이름이 바뀐지 2달이 넘었다고 하는데 왜 사이트에는 변경이 안되어 있는건가요? 호텔 측에서는 이미 여러번 변경 신청을 하였다고 하는데 반영이 안되고 있다고 들었어요. 근처 지리를 잘 모르니 호텔명만 보고 체인호텔이니까 기본은 보장되겠지 싶어서 예약했었는데 위치 검색을 해봐도 안나오더라구요. 그래서 예약을 어디로 한 건지 대체 알 수가 없게 되어버려서 신항점 전화했다가 이곳에 전화해서 브라운도트가 아닌거냐 우린 어디에 예약을 한거냐 그럼; 프론트에 문의하면서 호텔과 이런저런 트러블이 약간 있었는데, 결론은 사장님과 금방 연결이…
