객실문 잠금이 자동으로 잘 안되는게 불편했어요. 당연히 잠겼다고 생각하고 객실에서 쉬면서 통화중이였는데 누군가 문을 열고 들어왔다 다시 나가는 소리가 나서 나가보니 아무도 없어 다시 문을 보니 언락 상태였어요. 락으로 다시 잠그고 뭔가 불안해하고있는데 데스크에서 콜주셨어요. 투숙객이 호실 착각하고 열고 들어왔다가 다시 나갔다고...죄송하다고... 상황파악은 되어서 좀 나았지만 그래도 황당했어요. 호텔에서 일어날수있는일인가??? 만약 내가 샤워하고 나오는 상황이였다면... 끔찍했어요. 그리고 너무 피곤해서 2층 라운지바에서 간단히…

가격이 일단 너무 좋고 친절함과 위치 청결도가 너무 좋았어요 바로 앞에 성심당Ddc점이 있어서 오전에 방문하니 줄도 없었어요 편의점 카페 등등 다 바로 있고 모바일 체크아웃 너무 편했습니다 다시 대전에 가도 롯데시티 이용할거예요
