  수영장뷰 객실이었는데 실내수영장 냄새가 있었어요.(창문을 열면 바로 수영장이라 자연환기어려움) 체크인 후 아이가 컨디션이좋지않아 환기가능한 객실로 변경요청을 했는데 추가금액 발생 객실이었음에도 무료변경해주셔서 편안히 지내고 왔습니다. 수영장도 잘 관리되어 있었어요.

  바다 물멍과 온천이 목표였던 여행. 숙소에서 육교 같은 다리 건너 바다로 오갈 수 있어 정말 편리했습니다. 엘리베이터가 있고 야간에도 오가는데 불편 없이 길 안내 전구길 등 인상적이 었습니다. 덕분에 바다물멍 100% 만족. 온천은 생각과 다른 규모에 조금 실망했으나 지장수 수질이 좋다하니 가성비로 만족^^ 조식 장소의 뷰와 친절한 서비스도 좋았습니다. 좋은 상품 제공해주신 마이리얼트립에 감사 😊

  오션뷰가 너무 좋았구요 망상해변이랑 가까워서 좋았습니다 ~ 규모가 엄청 커서 숙소 부지 내에 산책하기 좋은 공원+ 사우나+ 어린이 수영장 등등 다 있어요...! 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 진짜진짜진짜×1000000친절하세요...! 다른 호텔은 프로같고, 서비스교육 제대로 되어있나보다 하는 정도의 느낌이었다면 여긴 직원분들이 호텔 내 어느 시설에서든 한명한명 진심으로 응대하는 것처럼 느껴질 정도였어요..! 가격대비 숙소도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 특히 침대 기대 안했는데 푹 잤네용ㅋㅎㅋㅎㅋ 담에두 동해오면 여기 올것같아요!

  수영장과 온천, 바다가 있는 기차타고 갈 수있는 가까운.. 기준에 적합한 곳이였기에 방문하게 되었습니다. 후기를 많이 찾아보고 갔기에 건물에 대한 큰 기대는 하지 않았는데 생각보다 크고 괜찮았습니다. 내부도 구경하는 재미가 있었구요 처음 마주한 로비 직원들은 모두 친절하였으나 식당과 수영장, 온천 직원들은 기분은 상하지 않았지만 생각보다 친절하지 않았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 침구도 보송하니 좋았습니다. 수영장 유아풀이 생각보다 넓고 깨끗해서 너무 잘 놀았습니다. 레인풀에서 수영 훈련하는걸 보는데 와.. 정말 잘 하더라구요..…
