  호텔 채크인에서 예약한 방으로 안내 받았지만, 예약한 룸 컨디션과 다른 방이었어요. 예약한 방과 다르다고 얘기하니까 그 후 40분 넘게 더위를 참으며 다른 이방 저방으로 안내 받으면서 스트레스 엄청 받고 나서야 원래 예약했던 조건에 예약 페이지에서 확인한 사진과 같은 ‘테라스가 있는 수영장 뷰‘로 안내 받았어요. 상세히 말하자면 긴 얘기지만 체크인 하면서 받았던 스트레스를 다시 말하자니 저만 다시 스트레스 받을 듯 해서…….
