장애인이 있어서 휠체어대여를 했습니다.그런데 휠체어를 호텔앞에서는 타질못하게 하더라구요 길거리를 나가는것도 아니고 호텔 정문앞에서 바람이라도 쐴려고 하니 혼자있는 장애인한테 화를 내면서 호텔안에 휠체어 나두고 나가라고 큰소리를 치더라구요. 휠체어타이어라도 잘못되면 어짜냐고 황당 하더라구요 호텔에서 일하는 직원이 장애인을 대하는 인식이 이정도라면 과연 이호텔에 친절도를 의심하게 되더라구요 주차장에서 주차 관리 하는 아저씨들이 정말 친절했어요!! 좀 보고 배우셔야 할꺼 같아요 가격대비 뷰랑은 좋아여 근데 일본 호텔을 처럼 캐리어 겨우…

침구 곰팡이 냄새에 에어컨은 청소가 안돼서 곰팡이가 다 붙어있고 닫혔다가 열릴때마다 곰팡이 냄새 심함 화장실도 쉰내가 나서 청결문제는 정말 안좋다고 생각합니다 뷰나 앞에 광장 산책로 제주공항 근처인점은 좋았어요
