추석 연휴 3박 했는데,신축이라 깨끗해요 원룸이라 더 좋았어요 베란다 문 열면 차 소음이 있긴해도 문 닫고 자니 아무 문제 없었어요 침구가 깨끗하고 주차도 좋습니다
