  넷플릭스 등 스트리밍 서비스 된다고 적혀 있는데 실제로 오면 안됩니다. 넷플릭스, 디즈니 플러스가 TV에 기능으로 있긴 한데 실제 볼 수는 없었습니다. TV에 기능만 있지 들어가서 볼 수는 없는 시스템이어서 ... 이게 광고랑 숙소 정보랑 상이한 점이라 이건 정말 고쳐야 된다고 생각해요. 넥서스 규모가 큰 숙소인데.. 실제랑 상이하면 고객입장에서는 속은 거 같잖아요. 큐알코드로 호텔 방에서 제공하는 영화 정도는 볼 수 있지만... 한국어 자막은 안됩니다. 넷플릭스 컨텐츠 아닌데 엔터테인먼트에 넷플릭스 가능하다고 올려놓으면 안되죠.…

  사진이랑 달랐습니다. 사진 보고 독채 펜션처럼 되어있는 줄 알고 예약을 했는데 준 방을 들어가니 그냥 건물에 따닥따닥 방들이 늘어서있는 곳이어서 당황했습니다. 카운터에 물어보니 제가 본 사진은 옛날 사진이고 지금은 방들을 개조해서 지어서 다르다고... 제가 카운터 직원 말을 잘못 알아들은 게 아닙니다.. 이건 좀 수정해야지 않을까요? 오해의 소지가 있는데.. 제가 보고 예약한 방 사진 캡쳐해서 올려요.

  일주일간의 여행중, 프라이빗 비치를 보유한 숙소가 넥서스 밖에 없어서 다소 먼 위치이지만 2박을 예약 숙소의 해변과 야외 조경은 좋았으나, 객실이 너무 습하고 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 방을 두번 바꿨으나 습한것은 어쩔수 없었음. 창문을 열면 바닥과 벽면이 순식간에 물이 맺히고, 침대도 눅눅하게 변함 객실은 너무 노후화 되어있고, 수건은 너무 낡아서 더럽고 얼룩이 남아있음 조식 및 석식 뷔페의 질이 매우 낮음. 별점 1도 과하게 준것 같다.
