  체크인할때 보증금이 있습니다. 카드로 결제했는데 취소되는데 국내가 아니다 보니 시간이 조금 걸리네요. 체크아웃할때 방당 하루 10링깃 세금을 결제해야해요~ 이던 말레이시아 공통같습니다. 조식 깔끔하고 나름 훌륭했습니다. 방청소도 문자로 일일히 물어보고 진행합니다. 위치가 좋아서 여기저기 가보기 너무 좋았네요.

  일단 말해뭐해 5성급이였습니다. 일찍 도착해서 체크인 하고 로비에서 기다리는데 너무 친절하게 응대해주셨고 방도 높은층으로 요청했더니 11층 주셔서 수영장 다니는데 편했습니다. 방도 깨끗하고, 넓고 편의시설이 잘 갖춰있습니다. 근처에 편의점, 먹거리 등등 센터포인트도 있어서 다니기 편했고, 체크아웃하는 날에는 그랩 불러서 기다리는데 직접 짐도 싣어주시고 서비스가 너무 좋습니다! 에어컨 빵빵하고 보완도 좋았어요.

  공항이랑 크게 멀지 않고 시내 근처에 있어 방문하기 편했습니다. 늦은 시간 체크인하였는데도 직원 분들도 매우 친절하게 응해주셨습니다. 객실 및 기타 다른 시설들 전부 청결하여서 다시 코타키나발루 여행을 온다면 힐튼으로 재예약할 것 같습니다.
