5성급 호텔답게 프론트 직원부터 고객 응대가 훌륭함. 특히 보스턴 이라는 명찰을 달은 한국분이 계셔서 요청사항 말하기가 수월함. 호텔 내 맛집 식당이 엄청 많고 호텔 외관과 팔라조 호텔도 가기 편함. 방 엄청 크고 뷰, 크기, 냄새등 뭐 하나 빠지지 않고 훌륭함. 단 하나 아쉬운 건 수압이 약해서 샤워 시간이 오래 걸리는게 유일한 아쉬움 라스베가스 숙소로 추천함

전체적으로 만족하긴 하지만 메인 포인트에 걸어서 가기에는 좀 멀었네요. 참고로 호텔이 너무너무 커요 라스베가스 호텔 대부분이 이렇게 큰거 같네요

명성과 내부 곤돌라 시설등은 신선했지만 내부 미니바 시스템이나 기본적인 웰컴키트 전혀없고 룸서비스 또는 객실문의하는과정에있어 영어가 능숙하지않다면 비추천합니다 기본적으로 장사가잘되는 호텔이라 아시아인에대한 무시가 느껴짐 미니바나 냉장고상의 물건이 충격등에 의해서 조금이라도 움직여질경우 리조트 피 추가발생하니 주의하고 보증금이 언제 환불될지 미지수
