  서비스.객실 상태등 다 만족스러우나,내가 투숙한 객실이 메트로 지나갈 때 마다 심하게 흔들려 수면에 지장이 있었음.다음날 방을 바꾸어서 문제는 해결되었고 호텔측에서 불편을 초래해 미안하다고 와인과 안주를 서비스로 제공하였음.

  나갈때 분명히 클리닝을 요청하는 태그를 걸어두고 나갔고 두고 온 짐이 있어 다시 룸으로 들어오게 되면서 두번이나 클리닝태그를 걸어둔것을 확인했다. 돌어오니 'zzz' 표시가 걸려있어 설마싶었는데 아니나 다를까 전혀 치워져 있지 않고 아무것도 변한게 없었으나 전날 마신 물은 체크되어 지불해달라고 확인한게 진짜 언짢았음..ㅇ ㅓ ㅇ ㅣ ㄱ ㅏ 없었음. 리셉션에 수건이나 달라고 상황을 얘기하니 대뜸 확인해볼까냐며 전화를 걸려고 하는 직원의 태도가 더욱 불쾌했음... 걍 미안하다하고 수건줄까? 이랬음 넘어갔을 일을 다시 리뷰로 남기는…
