일단 위치면에서 단연 최고입니다. 어디를 가든 가까운 거리에 주요 관광지가 있어서 다니기 편했습니다. 저희가 성인 3식구였는데 처음에 배정받은 방은 침실 하나에 창문이 없는 베드만 3개 붙어 있는 좁은 방이었어요. 창문이 없으니 너무 답답하고 침실 자체도 좁아서 프론트에 창문이 있는 방으로 바꿔달라고 요청하였습니다. 프론트에서는 아주 친절하게 천창이 있고 침실이 2개 있는 방으로 바로 바꿔 주셨고 덕분에 대학생인 딸과 함께 세 식구가 마드리드에 있는 동안 편안하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 스페인의 첫 여행이 시작되는 곳이라 편안하게…

위치는 전철역과 가까워서 좋았어요. 객실 배정받고 들어간 날, 컨넥팅룸의 옆방에서 흡연으로 우리 방까지 담배 냄새로 가득 찼었습니다. 방을 옮겨줄 것을 요구헸고, 옮겨준 방은 1층이었고 이 과정에서 호텔측은 한 마디 사과도 없었습니다.
