마이리얼트립으로 예약했을땐 분명 글램핑으로 확인하고 (카라반보다 더 금액이 비쌈) 방문했는데, 현장에서 카라반으로 배정받아서 당황했어요. 업체랑 마이리얼트립쪽에 번갈아가며 전화하고 상황을 확인해보니 업체쪽에서 추석 연휴라 만실이 되어 고객에게 개인적으로 전화해서 카라반으로 변경해도 괜찮냐고 전화를 돌렸다는데.. 저희쪽에 연락하시는게 누락이 되었대요 그래서 현장에서 어쩔수없이 카라반으로 다운그레이드하고 장작불 등의 추가비용 지불만 서비스로 받았네용... 카라반 생각을 못하고 갔던지라 조금 좁고 눅눅한냄새 나고 해서 불편했지만 재밌게…
