직원들 친절하고 체크인을 일찍 했는데 방청소 다 되어있으니 바로 들어갈 수 있게 해주신다셔서 바로 들어와 짐 풀고 더 편안한 여행 할 수 있었음!! 체크인 할때 직원이 친절하게 시설 소개해주시고, 웰컴드링크로 포트와인 주심. 짱 맛있고 기분이 좋아짐. 객실 들어가니까 침대위에 직원들이 직접 쓴 편지랑 레지나 초콜릿 올려져있어서 두번째로 또 기분이 째짐… 정성이 곳곳에 묻어있고 여느 호텔객실에 비해 객실 자체가 정말 커서 한국인이 머무르기 딱좋음!!! 도우루강 바로 앞이라 낮이고 밤이고 너무 예쁘고 행복했음 ㅠㅠ 트램 1번…

베이직트윈룸 처음 배정받은 방이 리버뷰가 아닌 골목뷰여서 문열어보고 어두워서 좀 놀랐어요. 바로 가서 뷰가 안좋은데 다른 방 없냐고 물었더니 그게 네가 예약한 베이직인데 흠... 이러면서 컴퓨터화면으로 찾더니 더블룸 괜찮냐고 하더라고요. 그러면서 리버뷰로 바꿔줬는데 훨씬 나았습니다. 그럼 스탠다드 더블인건가 암튼 참고하시라고 올려요. 위치좋고 조식도 포함이고 조식장소에서 커피와 티, 디저트 하루종일 제공되니 이용하셔요~

스페인 포르투갈 여행 중엔 가장 만족했던 숙소에요 데스크 직원분도 너무 친절하세요! 호텔이 트램 정류장 바로 앞에 있어서 트램 출발 시건 맞춰 가는건 식은죽 먹기 더라구요 ㅎ 호텔도 깔끔하게 관리되고 있어서 좋았습니다 덕분에 좋은 기억으로 남은 포르투 여행이었습니다
